Martin Tyley is the Global Lead Partner of CRI. He has almost 30 years of experience working with clients on security transformation projects, defining and implementing security strategies, building solutions and providing assurance and certification services. Based in Manchester, Martin works across multiple industries and is passionate about changing the way we talk about Cyber Security.

James is the co-founder and Global Lead Director of CRI. He has spent over a decade working with cyber and risk teams, helping them bring more structure and clarity to how cyber risk is measured and communicated. James began building the earliest versions of CRI's models back in 2016, using Excel to explore how organisations could approach cyber risk in a more decision-focused way. That work has since grown into a SaaS-enabled capability now used by clients around the world. Based in London, James continues to work closely with CRI's clients and partners, focusing on how to make cyber risk quantification useful, explainable, and easier to adopt in practice.

Jack is the co-founder and Head of Product & Operations of CRI. He leads an awesome team of engineers, data scientists, and designers to help companies make sense of cyber risk. Jack first started using cyber risk quantification to help companies answer difficult cyber risk management questions back in 2018, and in 2021, was all-in on building CRI from the ground up. Since then, CRI has gone through many evolutions to become the global, market leading product we have today, with so much more to come in the future. Jack is passionate about solving tough problems and turning complex data into something that actually makes sense - and makes a difference.

Alex is the Head of Customer Success at CRI. With a strong focus on helping customers extract maximum value from the product, Alex is dedicated to enhancing customer satisfaction, understanding customer needs, and fostering long-term partnerships. Based in Manchester, Alex advocates for customers internally, driving continual improvement of the product.

Nabela Ahmed is the Head of Marketing at CRI. She brings over a decade of experience in strategic marketing, brand development and customer engagement. Nabela leverages a strong foundation in data-driven marketing and is passionate about driving growth and supporting scalable go-to-market strategies.

Doriane is the Head of Sales for CRI. With extensive experience in software sales, and a focus on cybersecurity in recent years, Doriane has helped organisations across EMEA, from SMEs to large corporations in diverse sectors, quantify and address evolving cyber risks. Doriane is passionate about helping organisations better understand the risks they face, and take practical steps to protect their business.

Ashish is the Head of Engineering at CRI, driving the technical vision and end-to-end engineering excellence of the platform. With 15 years of experience in cloud-native architectures, application modernisation and scalable SaaS solutions, he brings deep technical leadership to the product. Ashish is passionate about building high-performing engineering teams and delivering secure, resilient and impactul solutions.

Brian Donaldson is the Head of Digital Design at CRI with over 20 years of experience shaping intuitive, user-centred digital products. Skilled in research-driven design, interaction strategy, and creating visually compelling interfaces that solve real problems, Brian is passionate about bridging business goals and user needs, delivering seamless experiences across digital platforms.

Liz is the CRQ Advisory Director at CRI. With over 16 years of experience working with clients across industries such as private equity, retail, and legal services, Liz is dedicated to managing cybersecurity. Based in London, Liz is passionate about helping clients prioritise their cybersecurity investments based on their specific risk profile.

Tim has spent over 20 years working with cyber leaders to identify, articulate and address cyber risk as a key business and technology concern. Using a threat led cyber risk management approach, he works across a broad range of clients to identify and build 'fit for purpose' cyber capabilities, using techniques such as cyber risk quantification to evolve the discussion on cyber risk from a high level topic into actionable, measurable insights.

Chris is a Senior CRQ Delivery Manager at CRI. With a diverse background in risk and technology, Chris began his career assessing and communicating tactical risks from the use of artillery systems. Now, Chris focuses on helping clients uncover cyber risks within their businesses. Based in London, Chris is passionate about bridging the gap between security teams and non-technical leaders to build understanding.

Francesca is a Senior CRQ Delivery Manager and lead for the Public Sector at CRI. With over 8 years of experience in Cyber, Francesca specialises in Cyber Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and is passionate about helping organisations transform the way they approach risk using data driven insights to make informed decisions and accelerate their cyber transformation. Based in Manchester, Francesca is also a strong advocate for gender equality in the cyber industry, leading KPMG UK's Women in Cyber community and volunteering as a UK STEM Ambassador to inspire the next generation of talent.‍

Sarah Rafferty is the CRQ Delivery Manager at CRI. She brings over 7 years of cyber consultancy experience across a range of industries, specialising in cyber crisis simulation exercises, cyber insurability assessments, and cyber risk quantification. Based in London, Sarah is passionate about empowering organisations to transform their risk strategies through data-driven insights.
