Do I need to integrate CRI into my security solutions before I can get any insights?

No integration is required. Our assessment workflow guides you through the necessary data input to ensure you receive valuable insights. CRI enables a calibrated expert judgment based approach. We're firm believers that the expert shouldn't be replaced by blind integrations, and should know what is going on at every stage. We pride ourselves in our modelling logic being fully transparent - so you'll always know how an output is generated. This said, the CRI approach provides a structured framework, defined scales and metrics, and a series of integrators should the analyst deem then additive to their assessment. They are there to enable the analyst, not replace them.

How can I start leveraging CRI for my organisation?

Getting started is easy. During your initial product walkthrough (as part of our market leading customer success function), our team will work with you to develop clear risk analysis objectives. This will act as your compass for the product in the initial months. The platform itself is incredibly intuitive (with an independently rated 5/5 user experience and interface) and this is coupled with a detailed knowledge base and walkthrough guides. At every step though, a member of our customer success team is available to help

How do we get support?

Each license includes support from a customer success manager (CSM). The CSM is a cyber security professional and CRQ expert first, and then a CRI expert second. This is a key differentiator for CRI - our CSM team understands the business application of CRQ, and is therefore perfectly placed to ensure you and your stakeholders maximise value from the product. The CSM serves as your primary point of contact throughout the term of your license.

How long does it take to get onboarded?
